Xperia 1 II is a bit better than LG G8 ThinQ, having a score of 91 against 84.3. The Xperia 1 II is a newer and a little thinner phone than the LG G8 ThinQ, but it's a little heavier. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 1 II has older 11 version while LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.

The Sony Xperia 1 II and LG G8 ThinQ both feature really similar processors, and although the Sony Xperia 1 II has a larger amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The LG G8 ThinQ has a little more vivid display than Xperia 1 II, although it has a bit less pixels per display inch, a little bit worse 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution and a little bit smaller display.

Xperia 1 II has just a bit better battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
