Xperia PRO-I has a score of 96.3, which is much better than the LG G8 ThinQ's general score of 84.3. Although Xperia PRO-I is newer than LG G8 ThinQ, it is much heavier and a little bit thicker. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the Xperia PRO-I has 11 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a little sharper screen than Xperia PRO-I, although it has a little worse amount of pixels per inch of display, a bit lower resolution of 1440 x 3120px and a little bit smaller screen. Sony Xperia PRO-I features a bit better processor than LG G8 ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia PRO-I also has more RAM memory.

Xperia PRO-I counts with a much better storage capacity for apps and games than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a SD card slot that allows up to 1 TB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 384 GB more internal memory. The Sony Xperia PRO-I has a slightly better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a much tinier aperture which is not good for low-light images and a smaller sensor which offers a worse photo and video quality, and they both have a 12 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and the same (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia PRO-I also counts with faster 120 fps video frame rate.

The Xperia PRO-I has improved battery duration than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 29 percent more battery size.
