Comparison review

LG G8 ThinQ has an overall score of 84.3, which is just a bit better than Xperia Z5's global score of 77.6. LG G8 ThinQ's construction is way newer than Xperia Z5's, but it is somewhat thicker and just a little heavier. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS, but the LG G8 ThinQ has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1, providing lots of additional features.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a bit better processing power than Sony Xperia Z5, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with more RAM. LG G8 ThinQ counts with a little more vivid display than Xperia Z5, because it has a lot higher 1440 x 3120 resolution, more pixels per inch in the display and a bigger display.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia Z5, because it has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and more internal memory capacity. Sony Xperia Z5 has a bit better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low-light photography and worse video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Sony Xperia Z5 also counts with a bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a much higher resolution back-facing camera.

LG G8 ThinQ has greater battery duration than Xperia Z5, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity against 2900mAh.

LG G8 ThinQ not only is the best phones of the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest, making buying this phone an easy decision.
