LG G8 ThinQ has a score of 84.3, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Black Shark 2's overall score of 82.3. LG G8 ThinQ's body is a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter than the Xiaomi Black Shark 2, even though they were released only 0 months apart. Both phones we are comparing have Android OS, but the LG G8 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has Android 10.
The LG G8 ThinQ has a better looking display than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with more brightness, a better 1440 x 3120 resolution and more pixels per inch of display. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a processor that's very similar to LG G8 ThinQ's CPU, and although the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a greater amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
LG G8 ThinQ features a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a little longer battery life than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3500mAh.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a much better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for taking images and/or video in low-light situations and worse 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also counts with a lot better resolution camera in the back and a lot bigger sensor which offers a much higher photo and video quality.
