The LG G8 ThinQ is much better than the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, having an 84.3 score against 75.9. LG G8 ThinQ comes with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, and Xiaomi Mi 8 SE comes with Android operating system. LG G8 ThinQ is a newer phone than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, but it's a little heavier and a little thicker.
LG G8 ThinQ has a bit faster processor than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE. Both have 6 GB of RAM and 8 processing cores. The LG G8 ThinQ has a bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, and although they both have the same brightness, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a greater pixel density, a little larger screen and a higher 1440 x 3120 resolution.

LG G8 ThinQ captures clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor taking lower quality videos and photographs, and they both have a back-facing camera with a 12 MP resolution and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with a way bigger aperture and better 60 fps video frame rates.
