Comparison review
LG G8 ThinQ is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, having an 84.3 score against 83.8. The LG G8 ThinQ design is newer and somewhat lighter, but a little thicker than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s. LG G8 ThinQ and Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s both feature very similar CPUs, and although the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s has a higher amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
LG G8 ThinQ features a brighter screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px, a greater pixels density and a quite larger display. The LG G8 ThinQ takes a bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because although it has a smaller sensor capturing less light and washed colors, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a 12 mega-pixels back camera, the LG G8 ThinQ also counts with a larger aperture for better low light captures and higher video frame rates.
LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much greater storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. LG G8 ThinQ counts with just a bit longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because it has a 3% larger battery size.
