LG G8 ThinQ has a global score of 84.3, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7's global score of 80.3. Although LG G8 ThinQ and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 were only released 3 months apart, LG G8 ThinQ's construction is lighter but also just a little bit thicker than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7.
LG G8 ThinQ has a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a higher amount of RAM memory. LG G8 ThinQ features a sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and a greater screen pixels density.
LG G8 ThinQ has much more storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has just a little better battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 counts with a much better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for shooting photographs and videos in low-light environments, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also counts with a way larger sensor providing a way better image quality, a camera in the back with a much higher resolution and faster 120 fps video frame rates.
