The Huawei Mate 30 has a score of 84, which is just a bit better than LG G8S ThinQ's 82.5 global score. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS, but the Huawei Mate 30 has 10 version while LG G8S ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version. Despite being the best phone we are comparing here, the Huawei Mate 30 is an a little thicker and a little bit heavier phone than the LG G8S ThinQ.

Huawei Mate 30's processing unit is very similar to LG G8S ThinQ's CPU, and although the Huawei Mate 30 has more RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. LG G8S ThinQ counts with a slightly better display than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2248 and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite higher pixels density.

The LG G8S ThinQ has much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 30, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G8S ThinQ also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB. The Huawei Mate 30 features improved battery performance than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has an 18 percent more battery size.

Huawei Mate 30 shoots way better pictures and videos than LG G8S ThinQ, and although they both have the same video frame rates, a F1.8 camera aperture and the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a back camera with a lot better 40 mega pixels resolution.
