Comparison review
LG G8S ThinQ is a little bit better than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), getting an 82.5 score against 76.5. Even though the LG G8S ThinQ and Huawei P20 Lite (2019) were released with only 1 months difference, the LG G8S ThinQ body is a bit thinner but a little heavier than Huawei P20 Lite (2019). Both phones in this review come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (operating system).
LG G8S ThinQ has a little more vivid screen than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the screen. LG G8S ThinQ counts with much more storage for games and applications than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the LG G8S ThinQ also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The LG G8S ThinQ counts with a bit faster CPU than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG G8S ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Huawei P20 Lite (2019) features a bit better battery life than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has a 13% bigger battery size. LG G8S ThinQ captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has a much lower resolution camera, and they both have a F1.8 camera aperture, the LG G8S ThinQ also counts with a way higher (4K) video resolution.
