LG G8S ThinQ is a little bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite, with a score of 82.5 against 79.5. The LG G8S ThinQ is a just a little lighter and a bit thinner phone than the Huawei P40 Lite, although both of them were released only 8 months apart. These phones work with Android OS, but the LG G8S ThinQ has 9.0 Pie version while Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10 version, so it provides some additional features.
LG G8S ThinQ counts with a bit sharper screen than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a little smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixels amount in each display inch. LG G8S ThinQ has a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the LG G8S ThinQ also has an external SD slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.
The LG G8S ThinQ counts with a bit better processing unit than Huawei P40 Lite. Both have 6 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor. Huawei P40 Lite counts with a slightly better camera than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has slower video frame rates, and they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same aperture, the Huawei P40 Lite also counts with a back-facing camera with a way higher 48 mega pixels resolution.
Huawei P40 Lite counts with improved battery life than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity instead of 3550mAh.
