Galaxy A9 (2018) has a score of 85.2, which is a little bit better than the LG G8S ThinQ's 82.5 global score. The Galaxy A9 (2018) design has the same thickness than the LG G8S ThinQ, but it's a little heavier. The LG G8S ThinQ counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels and a just a bit greater display density.
LG G8S ThinQ features a very superior memory for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the LG G8S ThinQ also has an external memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. LG G8S ThinQ has a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018). Both have the same number of cores and 6 GB of RAM.
The Galaxy A9 (2018) has a slightly better camera than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has worse video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy A9 (2018) also counts with a camera with much more MP and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better photography and video in poorly lited environments.
The Galaxy A9 (2018) has just a bit better battery duration than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity instead of 3550mAh.
