Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M40 is a bit better than the LG G8S ThinQ, having a score of 85 against 82.5. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy M40 has an older 10 version while LG G8S ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung Galaxy M40's construction has the same thickness than the LG G8S ThinQ, but it is just a little lighter.
LG G8S ThinQ counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy M40, although it has a bit smaller screen, a little inferior pixel amount in each inch in the screen and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels. LG G8S ThinQ features a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M40, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G8S ThinQ also has an external memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
LG G8S ThinQ counts with a little faster processor than Galaxy M40. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 6 GB RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy M40 shoots clearer videos and photos than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has slower video frame rates, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy M40 also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture and a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
LG G8S ThinQ counts with just a bit longer battery life than Galaxy M40, because it has a 3550mAh battery size.
