Galaxy S6 is a bit better than LG G8S ThinQ, having an 87.4 score against 82.5. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S6 has older 5.0 version while LG G8S ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version. Galaxy S6's construction is thinner and extremely lighter than the LG G8S ThinQ, even though it was released many years before.

Galaxy S6 has a bit better hardware performance than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a GPU and a 64-bits processor. Galaxy S6 counts with a much more vibrant screen than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the screen and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440.

LG G8S ThinQ has a much better memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S6, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the LG G8S ThinQ also has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 1,95 TB. The LG G8S ThinQ has a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy S6, because it has 3550mAh of battery capacity.

Galaxy S6 shoots just a bit better videos and photos than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing photos and video in low light situations and slower 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a way better resolution camera.
