The LG G8S ThinQ has a global score of 82.5, which is a little bit better than Sony Xperia XZ Premium's 79.8 general score. The LG G8S ThinQ design has the same thickness than the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, but it is just a little bit lighter. Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with a much better display than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way greater pixel quantity per inch of screen and a lot higher 2160 x 3840 resolution.
LG G8S ThinQ features a little faster processing unit than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have 8 cores, the LG G8S ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM. LG G8S ThinQ has a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Sony Xperia XZ Premium has a bit better camera than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for capturing photos and/or video in low light environments and lower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same video quality, the Sony Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera.
LG G8S ThinQ has just a little bit longer battery life than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 10 percent bigger battery size.
