Comparison review
The LG G8S ThinQ is slightly better than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, with an 82.5 score against 79. Although LG G8S ThinQ is a little heavier than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, it's extremely thinner and also newer. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G8S ThinQ has 9.0 Pie version and Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact has Android 8.0 Oreo.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact features a better looking display than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater pixel amount in each inch in the screen. The LG G8S ThinQ has a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a SD extension slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
LG G8S ThinQ counts with a bit better CPU than Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the LG G8S ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Xperia XZ2 Compact counts with a bit better camera than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the Xperia XZ2 Compact also counts with a lot higher resolution camera in the back.
LG G8S ThinQ counts with better battery lifetime than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has a 3550mAh battery capacity against 2870mAh.
