Comparison review

The Google Pixel 4 XL has a general score of 82.9, which is a little bit better than the LG G8X ThinQ's 82.7 global score. Google Pixel 4 XL's design is a little thinner but just a little heavier than LG G8X ThinQ, and both of them were only released with a few months difference. The LG G8X ThinQ and the Google Pixel 4 XL feature really similar CPUs, they have 6 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.

The Google Pixel 4 XL has a little more vivid display than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better screen pixel density and a higher 1440 x 3040 resolution. LG G8X ThinQ takes clearer photographs and videos than Google Pixel 4 XL, although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a smaller aperture and a lower resolution back-facing camera, they both have a same size sensor.

The LG G8X ThinQ counts with a much greater memory for apps and games than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and more internal memory capacity. The LG G8X ThinQ counts with a bit superior battery performance than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has an 8 percent more battery size.

Although Google Pixel 4 XL is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG G8X ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G8X ThinQ. If you want to save some dollars, you can get LG G8X ThinQ, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
