The LG G8X ThinQ has a score of 82.7, which is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface Duo's 78.8 general score. Both of these devices have the same Android 10 OS, so both of them should provide the user very similar OS features. LG G8X ThinQ is an older and thicker phone than the Microsoft Surface Duo, but LG was able to build it lighter anyway.
Microsoft Surface Duo features a processor that's very similar to the processing unit in LG G8X ThinQ, both of them have 8 cores and a 6 GB RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Duo counts with a screen that's just as good as the screen in LG G8X ThinQ, because although the Microsoft Surface Duo has a just a bit lower quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a larger screen and a better resolution of 1800 x 2700 pixels.
LG G8X ThinQ has a superior storage for applications and games than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the LG G8X ThinQ also has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G8X ThinQ features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has a 12 percent greater battery size.
The LG G8X ThinQ shoots much clearer videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the LG G8X ThinQ also has a more MP camera in the back and a bigger diafragm aperture.
