LG G8X ThinQ is just a bit better than Motorola Edge 40, having a overall score of 82.7 against 77.2. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the LG G8X ThinQ design is incredibly older, somewhat heavier and a bit thicker than the Motorola Edge 40. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the LG G8X ThinQ has the previous 10 version and Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version.
LG G8X ThinQ has a way better performance than Motorola Edge 40, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores. Motorola Edge 40 counts with a slightly better looking display than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has a little larger screen, a just a bit better display pixels density and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400px.
The LG G8X ThinQ counts with a much better storage to store more apps and games than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the LG G8X ThinQ also has a SD card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Motorola Edge 40 features just a bit better battery duration than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has a 10% greater battery capacity.
Motorola Edge 40 features a better camera than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a much larger diafragm aperture, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back-facing camera with much more mega-pixels.
