The LG G8X ThinQ is a bit better than the Moto G9 Play, with a global score of 82.7 against 76.7. Both of these devices use the same Android 10 OS, so they should provide you the same OS features. The LG G8X ThinQ design is a little lighter and a bit thinner than Moto G9 Play, although it was released only 10 months before.
The LG G8X ThinQ features a much better screen than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a lot higher 1080 x 2340 resolution. The LG G8X ThinQ has just a bit better processing power than Motorola Moto G9 Play, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG G8X ThinQ also has more RAM.
