LG G8X ThinQ is a bit better than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, having a general score of 82.7 against 79.8. These phones include the same Android 10 OS, so they should offer identical OS features. Even when the LG G8X ThinQ and the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G were only released with a couple months difference, the LG G8X ThinQ is just a little lighter and a little thinner.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a bit better processing unit than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. The OnePlus 7 Pro 5G counts with a bit sharper screen than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has a bit bigger display, a better 1440 x 3120px resolution and more pixels per inch in the display.
OnePlus 7 Pro 5G captures much clearer pictures and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the OnePlus 7 Pro 5G also has a larger camera aperture to take better low-light photography, a much larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality and a much more megapixels camera.
The LG G8X ThinQ features a very superior memory for applications and games than OnePlus 7 Pro 5G, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. OnePlus 7 Pro 5G features a battery duration that is just as good as LG G8X ThinQ's battery lifetime.
