Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S20 is much better than the LG G8X ThinQ, with a score of 94.8 against 82.7. The Samsung Galaxy S20 design is a little thinner and lighter than the LG G8X ThinQ, although both were released only 4 months apart. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S20 has a more recent 13 version and LG G8X ThinQ has Android 10, providing some extra features and enhanced performance.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a little better processing power than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has 6 GB more RAM memory. The Galaxy S20 features a bit better looking screen than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 3200px resolution and a greater pixel density.

The LG G8X ThinQ features more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the LG G8X ThinQ also has an external SD slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy S20 shoots a bit better photos and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have a F1.8 camera aperture and a camera in the back with a 12 mega-pixels resolution, the Galaxy S20 also has a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition and a much bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

The Galaxy S20 and LG G8X ThinQ count with incredibly similar batteries.

Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG G8X ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G8X ThinQ. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S20, else you can save a couple dollars and get the LG G8X ThinQ, resigning some specs and features.
