Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a score of 85.7, which is a bit better than the LG G8X ThinQ's general score of 82.7. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge's body is thinner and a lot lighter than LG G8X ThinQ, although it was released 5 years before. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has the previous 5.0 version while LG G8X ThinQ has Android 10 version.
Galaxy S6 Edge features a bit faster processing unit than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bit CPU and an extra graphics processing unit. Galaxy S6 Edge has a much better looking display than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel quantity per screen inch and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The LG G8X ThinQ shoots much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a camera in the back with much less megapixels resolution and a lower 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures and videos and a bigger back camera sensor providing a better image quality.
LG G8X ThinQ features a superior storage for apps and games than Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the LG G8X ThinQ also has an external SD slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. LG G8X ThinQ features a really longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 54 percent more battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G8X ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG G8X ThinQ. If you want to save some money, you can get LG G8X ThinQ, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
