The LG G8X ThinQ is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, getting an 82.7 score against 78.1. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS, but the LG G8X ThinQ has 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo version. LG G8X ThinQ's construction is newer than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge's, but it is heavier and just a bit thicker.

LG G8X ThinQ features just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has more RAM memory and more processing cores. Galaxy S7 edge has a little sharper screen than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a better screen pixel density.

LG G8X ThinQ counts with a bit better camera than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a tinier camera sensor which offers a lower image and video quality and a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for shooting photographs and/or video in low-light environments, and they both have a back facing camera with a 12 mega pixels and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the LG G8X ThinQ also counts with better 60 fps video frame rate.

LG G8X ThinQ features a way bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 96 GB more internal memory capacity and a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G8X ThinQ counts with a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.

Despite of being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, LG G8X ThinQ is also a bargain compared to the other devices.
