Comparison review
The LG G8X ThinQ has a global score of 82.7, which is slightly better than the TCL 20 Pro 5G's 76.1 global score. LG G8X ThinQ's body is just a little thinner than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, but it's just a bit heavier and was released around 18 months before. Both devices in our current comparison include Android OS (operating system), but LG G8X ThinQ has the previous 10 version while TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11.
The LG G8X ThinQ counts with a bit better display than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better screen pixels density. TCL 20 Pro 5G counts with a slightly bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has an external SD slot that admits 976 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage.
LG G8X ThinQ features a bit better performance than TCL 20 Pro 5G. They have a 6 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit. TCL 20 Pro 5G has just a bit longer battery life than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh. The TCL 20 Pro 5G shoots much clearer videos and photos than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have a same size aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also counts with a camera with lot more megapixels and a way bigger camera sensor providing a way higher image quality.
