Comparison review
The LG G8X ThinQ has a score of 82.7, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Black Shark 2's 82.3 score. LG G8X ThinQ is a a little bit lighter and a little bit thinner cellphone than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, although both were released only a couple of months apart. Both of these devices work with the same Android 10 OS, so they should offer very similar operating system features.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2's CPU is just as good as the processor in LG G8X ThinQ, and although the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has 2 GB more RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with a little more vivid screen than LG G8X ThinQ. Both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, a display with the same size and the same quantity of pixels per inch in the screen.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 captures better pictures and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has lower video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and a same size aperture, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also counts with a much larger back-facing camera sensor and a camera with lot more megapixels.
The LG G8X ThinQ features a much better memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the LG G8X ThinQ also has an external memory slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Black Shark 2's battery performance is just as good as the battery lifetime in LG G8X ThinQ.
