Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 9 has a general score of 83.2, which is slightly better than LG G8X ThinQ's 82.7 score. Even when Xiaomi Mi 9 and LG G8X ThinQ were released only a couple of months apart, Xiaomi Mi 9 is a little thinner and a little bit lighter. Xiaomi Mi 9 and LG G8X ThinQ both have incredibly similar CPUs, they have a 6 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor.
Xiaomi Mi 9 features a bit better looking screen than LG G8X ThinQ. Both have a higher number of pixels per inch of display, a same size screen and the same 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. Xiaomi Mi 9 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, a F1.8 aperture and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has a much bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a camera in the back with a much higher 48 megapixels resolution.
The LG G8X ThinQ features a much bigger memory to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the LG G8X ThinQ also has a SD card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. LG G8X ThinQ has improved battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has a 21% more battery size.
