Comparison review
The LG G8X ThinQ is just a bit better than the Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, getting an 82.7 score against 80.8. The LG G8X ThinQ design is a little thinner than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, although it's a little bit heavier and was released about 19 months before. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS (Operating System), but LG G8X ThinQ has the previous 10 version while Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G has Android 11 version.
The LG G8X ThinQ has a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, a little bit smaller display and a just a little lower screen pixels density. LG G8X ThinQ counts with a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG G8X ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM.
LG G8X ThinQ has a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1,95 TB. Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and a same size aperture, the Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G also counts with a lot bigger camera sensor which provides a way higher image and video quality and a back camera with lot more megapixels.
The Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G has superior battery life than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has a 25% more battery capacity.
