The LG G2 has an overall score of 73.7, which is slightly better than LG K31's 69 global score. Despite of the fact LG G2 is notably older and a little bit thicker than the LG K31, it's construction is still a little lighter. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G2 has the newer 4.4.2 version and LG K31 has Android 10, providing the user lots of additional features and increased performance.
LG G2 counts with a much better looking screen than LG K31, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1920 x 1080px resolution and a greater display pixel density. LG G2 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than LG K31, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster), and they both have a 2 GB RAM, the LG G2 also counts with an extra graphics processor.
LG G2 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than LG K31, because although it has a lot tinier aperture and a smaller sensor capturing worse quality videos and photographs, and they both have the same resolution camera in the back and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the LG G2 also counts with faster 60 frames per second video frame rates.
LG K31 features a way bigger storage capacity for applications and games than LG G2. They have the same 32 GB internal memory. The LG G2's battery duration is just as good as LG K31's battery lifetime.
LG G2 and the LG K31 cost exactly the same, which makes this phone a very good choice.
