The Galaxy S III is slightly better than LG K40, having a overall score of 70.8 against 69.8. Even though the Galaxy S III is incredibly older and just a little bit thicker than LG K40, it's design is still just a little bit lighter. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S III has 4.1.2 version and LG K40 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
Samsung Galaxy S III counts with a much better screen than LG K40, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1280 x 720, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel quantity per display inch. The LG K40 features a little bit better performance than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have 2 GB of RAM, the LG K40 also counts with a larger number of cores (and faster).
