Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A40 is better than LG K50, getting a global score of 79.6 against 72.2. Even when Samsung Galaxy A40 and the LG K50 were released with only a couple months difference, Samsung Galaxy A40 is a bit thinner and somewhat lighter. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy A40 has 11 version and LG K50 has Android 9.0 Pie.
