Comparison review
The Galaxy A40 is just a bit better than the LG K52, getting a 79.6 score against 76. Even though Galaxy A40 is older than LG K52, it's construction is notably lighter and just a bit thinner. These phones use Android operating system, but the Galaxy A40 has 11 version and LG K52 has Android 10 version, so it provides you a lot of extra features.
The LG K52 counts with a little better performance than Galaxy A40. Both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount. The Galaxy A40 has a much better display than LG K52, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with way more pixels per inch in the screen and a way better 1080 x 2340 resolution.
The LG K52 features much more storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy A40, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity, the LG K52 also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG K52 features greater battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A40, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
The LG K52 captures a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A40, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for taking images and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the LG K52 also counts with a back-facing camera with way more mega-pixels and a lot bigger sensor taking much better quality videos and photographs.
