Asus ZenFone 8 is a bit better than the LG K62, getting a overall score of 83 against 78.2. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Asus ZenFone 8 has the newer 11 version while LG K62 has Android 10. Although Asus ZenFone 8 and LG K62 were only released with a couple months difference, the Asus ZenFone 8 construction is just a bit lighter but just a bit thicker than LG K62.
Asus ZenFone 8 has a bit superior processor than LG K62, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Asus ZenFone 8 also has 2 GB more RAM. The Asus ZenFone 8 features a much sharper screen than LG K62, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a lot higher quantity of pixels per screen inch.
The Asus ZenFone 8 counts with a greater camera than LG K62, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Asus ZenFone 8 also has a much higher 7680x4320 video quality, a much better resolution camera in the back and a bigger sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality. The LG K62 has a much greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus ZenFone 8, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the LG K62 also has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Asus ZenFone 8 counts with a battery performance that is very similar to the LG K62 one.
