The Huawei nova 10 is a bit better than the LG K62, having a score of 79.2 against 78.2. The Huawei nova 10 works with Android OS, while LG K62 works with Android 10 OS. Huawei nova 10's design is newer, a little lighter and somewhat thinner than LG K62. The Huawei nova 10 counts with a sharper display than LG K62, because it has a greater display pixels density, a bit larger screen and a way better 1080 x 2400 resolution.
