The LG K62 has a global score of 78.2, which is slightly better than the Motorola Edge 40's overall score of 77.2. Although it's the best in this review, LG K62 is a noticeably older, somewhat heavier and a little thicker cellphone than the Motorola Edge 40. Both devices we are comparing come with Android OS, but LG K62 has older 10 version and Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13 version.
LG K62 has a very superior processing unit than Motorola Edge 40, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with a much better looking screen than LG K62, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way greater display pixel density and a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px.
Motorola Edge 40 takes better photos and videos than LG K62, because it has a more mega pixels back facing camera, a way larger camera aperture to take better low light captures and videos, a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a lot bigger sensor providing a way better image quality. The LG K62 counts with much more memory capacity for apps and games than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have the same internal memory, the LG K62 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
Motorola Edge 40 has a little better battery lifetime than LG K62, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
