The LG K62 has a score of 78.2, which is a little bit better than the ZTE Axon 11's 76 overall score. The LG K62 body is just a little bit thicker and a little heavier than ZTE Axon 11. Both of these phones include the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect.
