The LG K92 has a global score of 85.4, which is a bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite's 79.5 general score. Both phones in this review work with the same Android 10 operating system, so both should provide you the same OS features. Although LG K92 and the Huawei P40 Lite were released with only 8 months difference, the LG K92 design is just a little bit heavier but a bit thinner.
The Huawei P40 Lite has a little bit better screen than LG K92, because although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 2310px resolution and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher display pixels density. Huawei P40 Lite has a little bit better performance than LG K92. Both of them have 6 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.
LG K92 counts with a bit better camera than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have a 0.5 inches sensor and the same aperture, the LG K92 also has a way higher 3840x2160 video resolution and a back-facing camera with way more megapixels. The LG K92 counts with much more memory for apps and games than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the LG K92 also has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB.
Huawei P40 Lite counts with a bit superior battery duration than LG K92, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity.
Although LG K92 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Huawei P40 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Huawei P40 Lite. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy LG K92, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Huawei P40 Lite, letting go some features and specs.
