The Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V is just a bit better than LG Optimus Elite, having a general score of 52.4 against 48.5. Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V is an a little bit heavier and incredibly thicker cellphone than LG Optimus Elite. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V has a more recent 4.0 version while LG Optimus Elite has Android 2.3.7.
