HTC One M9 has a general score of 77.7, which is a lot better than the LG Optimus F3's general score of 58.5. Both of these phones include Android OS, but the HTC One M9 has a more recent 5.0 version while LG Optimus F3 has Android 4.1.2 version, offering lots of additional features and increased performance. The HTC One M9 design is newer and just a little thinner, but a lot heavier than the LG Optimus F3.
The HTC One M9 counts with a much better performing processing unit than LG Optimus F3, because it has a 64-bit processing unit, a larger number of faster cores, a better graphics co-processor and 2 GB more RAM. The HTC One M9 features a way better looking display than LG Optimus F3, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a lot higher amount of pixels per inch of screen and a bigger screen.
The HTC One M9 has a very superior camera than LG Optimus F3, because it has a lot higher resolution camera in the back and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
