The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a lot better than LG Optimus G, with an 83 score against 67.2. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has 9.0 Pie version while LG Optimus G has Android 4.4.2 version, so it counts with a couple additional features and improved performance. Samsung Galaxy Note8's construction is notably newer, but just a little bit thicker and notably heavier than the LG Optimus G.
