Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is much better than LG Optimus, having an 81.1 score against 43.2. These devices use Android operating system, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has 10 version and LG Optimus has Android 2.1 version, so it gives a couple additional features. Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is notably heavier than the LG Optimus, it's thinner and much newer.
