Galaxy Victory 4G LTE has an overall score of 60.2, which is slightly better than the LG Optimus L7 II's score of 55.2. Both of these phones use the same Android 4.1 OS (Operating System), so both should give very similar operating system features. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison review, Galaxy Victory 4G LTE's construction is somewhat heavier and notably thicker than the LG Optimus L7 II.
