Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is much better than the LG Optimus Vu II, getting a score of 80.7 against 65.6. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a more recent 5.0 version while LG Optimus Vu II has Android 4.0 version. Although Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a little heavier than LG Optimus Vu II, it's somewhat thinner and newer.
