LG K40 is a bit better than the LG Phoenix Plus, getting a 69.8 score against 64.9. These devices have the same Android 8.1 Oreo OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features. LG K40's construction is a little bit thinner and lighter than LG Phoenix Plus, although they were released with only 8 months difference.
LG K40 has a bit more powerful processor than LG Phoenix Plus, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM memory, the LG K40 also has a larger number of cores (and also faster). LG K40 has a little more vivid display than LG Phoenix Plus, because it has a bit higher display pixel density, a little bit larger display and a bit higher 720 x 1440px resolution.
