The Apple iPhone 7 has a global score of 81.6, which is much better than the LG Q6's score of 71.8. The Apple iPhone 7 is an older cellphone than the LG Q6, but it's just a little lighter and thinner anyway. Apple iPhone 7 counts with a bit faster CPU than LG Q6, although it has a lower amount of RAM and a lower number of cores (although faster).
The Apple iPhone 7 and LG Q6 have really similar displays, although the Apple iPhone 7 has a lot lower resolution of 750 x 1334, a lot worse pixel quantity per inch in the screen and a bit smaller display. The iPhone 7 has a little bit better camera than LG Q6, because although it has a lesser mega pixels camera in the back, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a larger aperture.
The Apple iPhone 7 counts with a slightly bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than LG Q6, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. The LG Q6 features a way better battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 7, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG Q6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG Q6. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the iPhone 7, else you can save some money and get the LG Q6, letting go a couple specifications.
