HTC U Ultra is a bit better than the LG Q6, having a 77 score against 71.8. HTC U Ultra's body is somewhat heavier but a bit thinner than LG Q6, and both of them were only released 5 months apart. HTC U Ultra has a bit faster CPU than LG Q6, because although it has 4 less cores (although faster), it also counts with 1 GB more RAM memory.
HTC U Ultra counts with a bit better screen than LG Q6, because it has a little bigger screen, a just a bit greater pixels count per inch of screen and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution. HTC U Ultra counts with a better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than LG Q6, and although they both have a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB, the HTC U Ultra also has 32 GB more internal storage.
HTC U Ultra has a much better camera than LG Q6, because although it has a back camera with a lower 12 MP resolution, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better photography and video in low-light situations and a lot better (4K) video resolution. The HTC U Ultra features a battery performance that is very similar to LG Q6's battery life.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG Q6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG Q6. If you want to save some money, you can buy the LG Q6, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
