Galaxy A71 is much better than LG Q6, getting an 87.5 score against 71.8. The Galaxy A71 design is a lot newer and just a little bit thinner than LG Q6's, but it's also heavier. LG Q6 has just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy A71, because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2160 resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the screen. Galaxy A71 shoots much better photographs and videos than LG Q6, because it has a much higher 64 mega-pixels resolution camera, a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light images and videos and a lot higher (4K) video definition.
Galaxy A71 has more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG Q6, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 512 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Galaxy A71 counts with a much better battery lifetime than LG Q6, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 costs a lot more money than the LG Q6, but you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
