Galaxy Note10 has a general score of 89, which is much better than the LG Q6's 71.8 overall score. The Galaxy Note10 body is a lot newer and just a bit thinner, but also somewhat heavier than the LG Q6. The Galaxy Note10 and LG Q6 feature similar screens, because although the Galaxy Note10 has a little bit lower pixels density, it also counts with a quite bigger screen and a slightly better 1080 x 2280 pixels resolution.
The Galaxy Note10 features a slightly bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than LG Q6, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Note10 counts with a greater performance than LG Q6, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy Note10 also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Galaxy Note10 counts with a better camera than LG Q6, because although it has a less mega pixels resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a much larger aperture to take better low light photography and video and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 features a bit longer battery lifetime than LG Q6, because it has a 3500mAh battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG Q6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG Q6. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note10, else you can save some money and get the LG Q6, giving up a couple features and specifications.
