The Sony Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is a lot better than LG Q6's overall score of 71.8. The Sony Xperia 1 III construction has the same thickness than LG Q6, but it's way heavier. The Xperia 1 III has a more powerful processor than LG Q6, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia 1 III also has more RAM memory.
The Xperia 1 III has a better screen than LG Q6, because it has a way better 1644 x 3840px resolution, a better pixel count per inch in the display and a larger screen. Xperia 1 III has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than LG Q6, because although it has a SD memory slot that supports 976 GB smaller, it also counts with 224 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Xperia 1 III has a way better battery duration than LG Q6, because it has a 4500mAh battery size. The Sony Xperia 1 III shoots way better photos and videos than LG Q6, because although it has a lower 12 MP resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a much bigger camera aperture to take better low-light images and a much better (4K) video definition.
Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG Q6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG Q6. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Xperia 1 III, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the LG Q6, giving up a couple features and specifications.
