Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition is better than LG Q60, getting an 87.4 score against 73.9. The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition design is newer than LG Q60's, but it's extremely heavier and thicker. Both of these devices have Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has an older 10 version while LG Q60 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
