The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has an overall score of 79, which is slightly better than the LG Q60's 73.9 global score. These devices come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has older 11 version and LG Q60 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is a newer phone than the LG Q60, but it is heavier and a little bit thicker.
